IBEW-NECA Service Center staff generate a secure, single-use upload link for each participant request. Participants upload requested documents without creating an account, and authorized staff review submissions, track status, and audit activity under Entra ID sign-in.
Department boundaries
Eligibility and Accounting requests remain restricted to authorized staff in each department.
Audit visibility
Staff can review request and document activity in the audit trail.
